Our History
Phil Van Brandt founded Sarasota Home Care Services, Inc. in 2000 initially as a pressure washing business. Demand for his services grew along with his customer relationships. Many years of increasing demand for reliable home improvement providers, Phil expanded his team into the now, "one-stop shop" for professional home restoration.
